The definition

What CRO is, in plain terms.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the discipline of using user behavior data, A/B testing, and conversion architecture principles to increase the percentage of visitors who take a desired action.

For B2B businesses, the desired action is usually a qualified lead form submission, a demo request, or a booked sales call.

At Yashvi Global, CRO is engineering work, not "marketing magic." We use heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, and statistical testing to reduce friction in the path from search visit to qualified conversation.

Our methodology

How we run this engagement.

01

Diagnostic audit

Heatmaps, session recordings, funnel drop-off analysis. Find the friction points users actually encounter — not the ones we assume.

02

Hypothesis development

Data-driven test ideas. ICE-scored (Impact, Confidence, Ease) so we test the highest-leverage bets first.

03

Test design

Sample size calculation. Statistical rigor enforced. QA across devices and browsers before any test goes live.

04

Test execution

Run to statistical significance. No premature stops, no peeking, no "looks like a winner" calls before the math says so.

05

Implementation

Winners implemented permanently. Losers logged. Learnings inform the next round of hypotheses — every test compounds.

Target KPIs

KPIs we report against.

KPI 01
Conversion
Visitor-to-lead rate on key conversion pages.
KPI 02
Quality
Lead-to-SQL rate — quality of leads, not just quantity.
KPI 03
Engagement
Time on key pages and scroll depth on landing pages.
KPI 04
Friction
Form abandonment rate and field-level drop-off analysis.
Who this is for

Who this is for.

01

Traffic fine, conversions not

Getting visitors but few are converting. Funnel leak, not traffic problem.

02

Form abandonment high

High-intent visitors aren't completing forms. Friction in the path is killing pipeline.

03

Want to reduce CAC

Better conversion equals better paid media unit economics. Same spend, more leads.

04

Have analytics in place

GA4, GTM, and Hotjar set up — at least 3 months of clean data to work from.

Honest boundaries

Where this is not a fit.

Low-traffic sites cannot run statistically valid CRO tests. If you get fewer than 5,000 visitors per month to your conversion pages, we will recommend qualitative research over A/B testing. If your CRM is broken and you cannot tell which leads are real, fix attribution first. And if your product itself isn't converting in sales conversations, no CRO program will paper over that.

Real practitioners say no. This section saves bad-fit clients time and saves us bad-fit engagements.
Engagement pricing

Pricing.

₹60,000 — ₹1,50,000
Per month, ongoing test program

Starting at ₹60,000 per month for ongoing CRO programs on B2B sites with adequate traffic for testing. Most engagements run ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month depending on test program intensity and integration with broader lead-gen work. One-time CRO audits at ₹80,000 for sites not yet ready for ongoing testing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How much traffic do I need for CRO?

+
For statistical A/B testing on conversion pages, 5,000+ monthly visitors is the minimum. Below that, tests run too long to be useful. Qualitative CRO (heatmaps, session recordings, user interviews) works for lower-traffic sites; methodology shifts.

How long do CRO tests take?

+
Typical test runs 3–8 weeks depending on traffic and effect size. Lower B2B traffic generally means longer test durations than eCommerce. We do not stop tests early; that violates statistical assumptions and produces unreliable results.

What is statistical significance and why does it matter?

+
Statistical significance is the probability that a test result is real rather than random variation. We hold tests to 95% confidence minimum. Stopping at "looks like a winner" ships changes that may hurt conversion. Rigor matters more in B2B where each lead has high value.

Do you implement winning variants or do we?

+
Either. We can ship winners on WordPress, Webflow, and most platforms. Or we provide implementation specs to your dev team. We discuss the right approach during onboarding based on your team capacity.

What CRO tools do you use?

+
Standard stack: VWO or Optimizely for testing; Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps; GA4 or Mixpanel for funnel analytics. We work with your existing stack where possible — no forced tool migrations.

Is this UX consulting or testing?

+
Both, layered. UX research informs hypotheses; A/B testing validates. Pure UX consulting without testing is opinion; pure testing without research is shotgun-style. Real CRO programs combine the two.

Can you work with our marketing automation tool?

+
Yes for major B2B platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). CRO often involves form logic, popup triggers, and lifecycle segmentation that integrate with these tools. We configure within the existing tool rather than replacing.

What if my product is the problem, not the funnel?

+
We will tell you. Some conversion problems are funnel friction; others are product-market-fit issues. We diagnose both during the audit. If product is the real issue, we recommend product changes (sometimes outside our scope) rather than papering over with CRO.
