Engagement & pricing
What does an engagement actually cost?
Retainer engagements start at ₹50,000 per month for single-service work and run ₹1,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 per month for multi-service integrated programs.
One-time project engagements (technical SEO audits, speed optimization, CRO sprints) start at ₹50,000.
Are you the cheapest option we'll evaluate?
No. If price is the deciding factor, we are not the right partner. We are senior-only practitioners. The hourly cost reflects that. What we do offer is transparent measurement, no junior bait-and-switch, and a 98% retention rate that suggests the math works for the clients who stay.
What contract length do you require?
Six months minimum for retainer engagements. After the six-month minimum, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. Project engagements have no minimum length.
Do you do project-based work?
Yes for audits, technical SEO sprints, schema rollouts, CRO sprints, and migration support. No for retainer work disguised as a project. If the actual need is ongoing, we’ll say so on the call.
Will you sign our MSA, NDA, and DPA?
Yes. We’ve signed paperwork for clients in regulated sectors including healthcare and financial services. Standard MSA, mutual NDA, and a GDPR-aligned DPA are on file and we redline cleanly.
Do you offer a free trial?
The free SEO audit is the closest thing. PDF plus 15-minute Loom video walkthrough, delivered in 5 working days, no commitment.
How does payment work?
Monthly retainer billed at the start of each month. Project work billed in two stages: 50% on engagement start, 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer and international wire transfer. GST-compliant invoices for Indian clients. Net 30 terms after first 90 days.
What if we're unhappy with the work?
You can leave with 30 days notice, no penalty, and we hand over every working document. We’d also rather have the conversation early.
Do you accept equity in lieu of fees?
Rarely, and only at meaningful stages. Most retainer work is cash. We’ll evaluate hybrid arrangements case by case for series-A and later-stage SaaS where there is clear strategic alignment.

Do you handle content production for SEO?
Yes, in-house with senior editorial review. We do not outsource content to freelance content mills.
Do you set up Google Analytics 4 if not already configured?
Yes. One-time setup fee typically ₹30,000 to ₹75,000 depending on complexity.
Do you handle paid media in addition to SEO?
Yes, where it makes sense as part of an integrated lead-gen strategy. Google Ads (search) and LinkedIn Ads for B2B.

Who actually does the work on my account?
The named people on our team page. Krushang or Bhavin leads strategy. Tarak runs semantic SEO. Rahul runs lead generation. Fazil runs technical SEO.
Will I work with the founder?
Yes. Krushang stays involved at strategic level on every active engagement.
Do you outsource work?
No. Every practitioner is on our payroll, in our offices, working on our processes.
How big is the team?
Eight people across leadership, specialist, and production roles.
What happens if my account lead leaves?
Turnover at this size is rare. When it has happened, transition is handled by Krushang directly.

What does the first 30 days look like?
Week one: stakeholder interviews, full audit, access provisioning. Week two: written prioritisation memo. Weeks three and four: shipping starts.
How do we communicate?
Slack or shared channel for day-to-day. Notion for written work. Loom for any review longer than four lines. One scheduled call per week, 30 minutes.
What level of dashboard access do we get?
Read-only access to every dashboard. There are no hidden working files. This is non-negotiable on our side.
Will you write content for us?
Yes. Tarak runs editorial. We brief, draft, and ship through review. We do not use AI as a writer, only as an editor and research assistant.
Do you implement, or just recommend?
Implement. Fazil leads engineering on speed and technical SEO sprints.
What about reporting?
Live dashboard you can open any time. Written weekly update every Friday. Quarterly strategic review.
Results & reporting
How long until we see results?
Technical SEO and CRO: 30 to 45 days. Semantic SEO and authority work: 90 to 180 days. Lead generation paid programs: efficiency improvements in week two.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No. We guarantee the work, the seniority, and the transparency. Outcomes are a probability distribution, not a contract clause.
What metrics do you actually report on?
Metrics tied to your business model. For B2B SaaS that is qualified pipeline created, MQL-to-SQL conversion, paid-search efficiency.
Can you connect to our existing analytics setup?
Yes. GA4, Adobe, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Google’s server-side stack are all in our regular workflow.
Do you cherry-pick the case studies you show us?
Yes, and we tell you which ones we’re cherry-picking. There is no agency on earth where every project lands.
What we won't do
Will you do PBN or grey-hat link building?
No. We do not buy links, run private blog networks, or use any tactic that requires us to lie to your CMO.
Will you take on engagements you don't believe in?
No. About one in four prospects gets turned down or referred elsewhere.
Will you sign an exclusivity in our category?
Yes for direct competitors at the same revenue stage. Adjacent categories are usually fine.
